What means snowboarding to you?
It’s part of my life. Lifestyle is the best word to describe what it is.
Has your life changed being a snowboard pro?
Am I pro? I don’t think so. Nothing has changed.
What kind of rider are you?
I think that I am the one who try to invent something new. I like to ride street rails and park jumps, but also rails in the snowpark.
What do you like most about Völkl Snowboards?
I really like boards and the whole company, it gives me a lot of opportunities.
The place to be?
Talmaski... my home resort where I started snowboarding. There are so much different obstacles and it's never boring.
Your signature trick?
In rails I think that my favourite is fs tailpress bs 180 out... it’s so much fun when you get it locked. And in jumps I think that cab 720 switch mute is my favourite.
What kind of style is up to date? What trick is done?
During the past season I tried to do every trick with best style. Good style and easy trick is better than sick trick and bad style.
Which trick do you want to learn next?
This is hard one... hmm something that I can do in street with a smooth look.
You had any dangerous situations on the mountain so far?
In january this year I broke my left side of my whip but that wasn’t so bad.
Highlights of last season?
My winter holiday was great. We were in Kuopio in finland, filming some street rails and having fun.

The 292 crew... good team spirit and it’s fun to ride with friends
The best Snowboard trip ever was...
When we were in Spain at the youth world championships... that was a immemorial trip.
What stuff is in your backpack when you head up to ride or travel?
Some clothes, laptop, camera and snowboarding stuff.
What is your favourite contest & why?
The finnish championships... you can see at which level the finnish riding is and also meet your friends.
What do you do when you are not riding?
Skateboarding and editing.

to stay healthy and progress in snowboarding.
